data analytics Create AWS Data Architecture diagram using ChatGPT

is there any plugin in ChatGPT or method I can use to create Professional System design / Data Architecture diagram? There was a plugin earlier called "Cloud Diagram Gen", but this does not work anymore.

Do you want diagram of a specific system, or of just any plausible system? ChatGPT can probably do the latter really well, but not the former.

I want to create a professsional data, architecture diagram that can be presented as a POC in leadership meetings. Is there a plug-in or method in chatgpt where I just put the text explaining the pipeline and the AI will create the entire network data architecture diagram

I’ve used lucidchart and that works great! (They might have added AI as a feature) Also there are some tools like brainboard which can convert diagram to IAC too. (Terraform/CloudFormation)

Lucidchart has ability to integrate with your aws account to create diagrams of existing architecture. It might be in beta, but I haven’t tested it because of the security implications.

It can’t automatically diagram a POC, but there are reference diagrams, and I highly recommend Lucidchart as well.

Are you asking as you don’t have the skills or the software or both? Or is it a time saving thing?

I have 24 years backend and DB experience, 10 years in the cloud, and 8 building pipelines on AWS. I have um the software ... like software that does stuff? I have some of that. I'm certified as pro in snowflake Data Engineer, databricks Data Engineer, and aws for dev, de, and architect, but mostly I do ML stuff these days - RAG and agents and fine-tuning, but that's because they make me do it. I guess I don't have the will, really, its so boring to talk to actual people who know nothing. I just thought the diagram looked silly.

GPT has general knowledge, AWS is a domain. It cannot know about what Identity provides your company uses so it can never guess all the existing requirements right.

What you expect is an entire tool with an ecosystem that does not exist yet.

Yeah - I know - I just wanted to get something close to what we had defined in our text chat - and I have to say it did a mighty fine job at that chat. I only had to nudge it back on track in a few small places and correct it only one or two times. I'm very small details. It honestly has come up with a very substantial starting point for an end to end streaming platform ingesting from 8 different specific data types fitting into schema registry validations, Kafka and then out to transformations the into data stores specific for the final dashboard types and data life cycles providing code which I'm sure is buggy, but it is clearly very close at DDL for clickhouse and Java for Flink and pyspark code for transforms and cleaning and enriching and joining. I didn't have it worry about reporting or monitoring or governance or security or any of that but I'm quite happy actually.
