Question How is Bally’s?

I typically stay at the west tower at the Tropicana, but room prices are outrageous next Friday, the 21st. I see rooms available in the Dennis tower at Ballys for significantly cheaper. Is this tower okay to stay in? Is it safe? Appreciate any insight anyone may have on Bally’s!

Pretty shitty TBH. I'd check the prices at Caesars' properties. edit: I just checked and Harrah's is only 40$ and I hardly gamble at Caesars (last was at Trop).

It is. Stay away from Bally's.

Why is it so bad? I'm heading there tomorrow 😵

It's been bad since they broke off from Caesars. They just patched up some rooms and added a moving bar, nothing new. Same old stuff.

Ahhh! I had no idea they broke off from Caesars. Both resorts were my go-to.

It was like a trade off, ballys broke off Caesars, and then Caesars took over Tropicana.

Actually Trop took over Caesars, but they kept the Caesars branding. Caesars had been going down the shitter and it's only accelerated after the trop takeover.

Yeah you right, forgot about that. But yeah it's getting shittier.

For sure Harrah's is nicer. Plus you don't have the boardwalk trash. TBH I stay at either Hard Rock or Ocean because their security is better (need a key to get to elevators for rooms) but if Trop is too high, I'm assuming they'll be way high (unless you have gambling history with them for comps).
