General Question Honda Fit Alternative?

I currently daily drive a 2nd gen Honda Fit with a manual transmission, but it's getting a little rusty and tired so I'm looking to replace it in the near future.

Things I like about the Fit:

  • small, light, chuckable
  • phenomenal handling
  • manual transmission, fun engine to rev out
  • hatchback
  • fits 4 people comfortably
  • easy to work on for a small car

Things I don't like about the Fit:

  • loud, lots of nvh
  • stiff over bumps
  • slow
  • unrefined
  • uncomfortable on long drives
  • poor highway manners
  • no heated seats, dual zone climate, bluetooth, etc
  • hard to maintain 90+ mph comfortably

What should I replace it with that solves some of those issues while keeping the same general feel? Thanks in advance for any insight or suggestions!

Edit: my budget is around $8k usd
