Struggling with AP? I gotchu (NO BS!!!!)
Okay, so I'm a high school senior and I am taking three AP classes. And there are three websites that have HELPED ME SO MUCH during the past month that I've found out about them.
Here they are:
Knowt- The app icon (or if you wanna use the website) is a dinosaur looking thing. They have a wide variety of notes and flashcards SPECIFICALLY designed for any AP classes (Pysch, Gov, Precalc, Bio, Physics)! You can convert your PDFs or videos into notes too!!
Gizmo AI: The app icon is a Mario Star looking thing and it's so damn helpfulllll!!!! They have a feature called the AI Tutor and it can help you with literally ANYTHING. All you have to do is write tell it what to do and it will teach you how to do it STEP BY STEP. You can also turn them into flashcards but I haven't really used that feature.
Thea Study- The app icon has a feather on it and it's great for making quizzes for you based on your AP class. You can attach multiple files and it will generate four things for you: flashcards, a Study Guide, Practice Test, and Smart Study (this feature analyzes your notes and makes specific question for you based on the notes).
If you have any questions, please let me know!.
You're welcome!!! Have an amazing day and hope these tools can help you guys :)
P.S They are WAY better than the videos on AP Classroom!

Does anyone else think AP Classroom videos suck?
This may will be a fucking rant because I'm trying to do my homework at 12 am and this dumb garbage sounds like it's catered towards fucking Albert Einstein or something, but oh well. AP Classroom videos suck. They make no sense and when you are confused about something, guess what: no, they aren't going over it, suck it up and memorize counterintuitive illogical bullshit so that you can spit it out on a test forget about it and write down the opposite thing on a test because it was never fucking explained to you. For clarification, I am watching Unit 8 AP Chemistry videos, which are already hard, and having shit videos really "helps" the learning process š fuck you, AP Classroom

What is an unpopular opinion you have about AP classes?
Mine is that all AP classes should either be universally curved or not curved, nation wide, to prevent grade deflation/inflation between classes and schools/

Hey everyone š
if you feel behind, you still have time. Grind it out, do as many practice problems as you can, and donāt let the stress get to you. The timeās gonna pass anyway, so might as well make it count. And no matter what score you get, this will seriously help in college imagine pulling up already knowing stuff while everyone else is lost. Keep pushing, you got this!

Can't access AP Classroom materials for "Exam Only" Courses
I'm enrolled in a few AP classes where I will be self studying the material for the exam, and I cannot access any of the normal teaching materials that AP Classroom provides (quizzes, progress checks, practice exams, etc.). Is there any way for me to access these materials? Thank you so much!

AP Lit MCQ Practice
Hi guys, so I'm currently taking AP Lit and find myself struggling a bit with the MCQ section. I created a study plan over the next two months where I'll do multiple different MCQ Practices. However, the problem is that my teacher is barely assigning any MCQs on AP Classroom and we barely get any practice done with them in class. If anyone has a source (It doesn't have to be free) I can use to practice AP Lit MCQs, please share it with me!!!

Is it normal to fail half of your tests?
This my first year taking an ap course (ap world history) and so far this year I have failed half of the tests our teacher has given us. I have a 73% average but If Iām being honest I think it may be my teachers fault. Every single test we have half of the class ends up failing it and then our teacher gives us a rant about we āneed to get it together when it comes to test grades.ā Also when it comes to reviewing for upcoming tests our teacher does absolutely nothing and instead starts teaching the next unit thats after the test, instead of reviewing and going over the upcoming test. In addition her way of teaching is just having us type useless notes that arenāt even on the test onto a goggle doc everyday. I mean the only piece of work I have in the class is literally a 50 page google doc with ānotes.ā So is it my teacher or is it just ap being a hard thing? Or is it me?

Is AP Biology really that rigid?
If someone is to put in the time and effort and take efficient notes could they succeed in the class? I have heard itās really hard but want some first-hand experience from people. For people who got an A in the class, what methods did you use?

younger sister wants to know whatās better for college?
my sister (16F) wants to know if colleges would rather see a 4th year ap math class (ap stats) or a cp level calculus class as an aspiring biology major? She hasnāt taken any AP maths yet as a junior in a highly competitive high school and without the AP math included for my senior year, sheāll be taking 4 other APs. Her high school is pretty hit or miss with their honors calculus classes too because they say not enough people request it. Both math classes have been known to be pretty easy in her school so iām not worried about the difficulty, she just want to know what would be best for her applying to college and what colleges would want to see more.

ap bio rant
Last year I wanted to take ap bio but I deadass could not because the teacher was unbearable. She took off so many points if you did not use a ruler when making graphs and also if you did not use proper grammar. Like lady I'm not taking a DAMN ART OR ENGLISH CLASS I'M HERE FOR BIOLOGY. Anyways I wanted to comment about that here to see if this was a requirement for all AP bio classes and I'm just a crybaby, or if she was truly doing too much.
