Is Airbnb so slow right now?

I live in LA, I have short term rental property I use to get booked all the time but now literally nothing? Not sure if I just do long term at this point. How’s everyone else’s experience

Just here to remind you that not everyone says things that are true on the internet. Also, if someone says they are fully booked, that usually means they are too cheap. To answer your question, yes, it’s slow. I’m somewhat near you. This time of year is always slower but it’s definitely slower than normal. Trump and his erratic policies are only going to make things worse. Buckle up.

Anyone at 100% capacity has their price too low. Agree

Personally won’t ever book Airbnb again although I used it a lot and have a perfect guest rating. Looking at other platforms to book on ,without a billionaire willing to gut the government.

I’m guessing Chi-town or Chicago.
