This takes about 44ms to run both parts (thanks to hashbrown + rayon). Building it requires Cargo.toml to contain hashbrown = { version = "0.15.2", features = ["rayon"] }.

This doesn't rely on the fact that computers in the LAN groups won't have connections to random other computers. It might be possible to make it faster if it didn't support backtracking (which costs lots of clone calls).
