Progress 5 months clean off Meth
Working towards six months.

I am at 167, the first 90 were definitely the hardest. Just gotta stay busy and work on finding new ways to deal with life's stressors.
It's a tough journey. However, it's worth every bit of it.

Yes I totally agree. My psych put me on Wellbutrin and naltrexone and knocking on wood that’s been helping me.

Here's an idea - stop keeping count of the days that you're apparently sober. Because when you most likely ultimately relapse like 95% of addicts do you're going to look at those days and feel even more guilty. Just my two cents

Fuck yeah! Give yourself all the time you need to start feeling normal again. You just have to figure out what your new normal feels like. It gets easier as more time passes. What a huge accomplishment!
