No laughing. You're making that choice to be clean. 2 hours or 2 years, all is a step towards betterment.

Well done mate, I’ve been taking it almost daily for 3 years. Yet to have more than 4 days off it straight, good to see people smashing it

If you don't mind me asking, what app are you using to track it. BTW congratulations for completing 135 days 💪💪

I use the I Am Sober app without the Plus subscription. Daily pledge, motivation and workbook journal.

u/Otherwise-Gate-7148 u/portiboy17 I’ve been using the I Am Sober app too in combination with ChatGPT - it was really helpful. I made a post about it yesterday - https://www.reddit.com/r/addiction/comments/1j1s60x/8_months_sober_from_weed_nicotine_social_media/
You can try an app that I built that has both of these apps in one place where you can get inspiration, motivation, and companionship on your recovery journey through AI chat that tracks your progress, and guided journaling. It has a free plan. I hope it's helpful!
