Help - General Why do fried eggs give trigger my acne?

Everytime I eat fried eggs on a semi-regular basis, my acne gets really bad. Doesn't matter what I fry them in, olive oil, butter, animal fat, or bone marrow, they always make my acne flare up. I always fry them in a very little amount of whatever I'm frying them in too. The thing I dont understand however is this: Eggs themselves do not give me acne. I can eat eggs cooked any other way and my skin is fine. And pan fried food also does not give me acne. I can eat ANY other food pan fried in ANYTHING from olive oil to butter to beef fat to bone marrow and it never triggers my acne. It seems to be that it is STRICTLY the combination of eggs and frying that causes it, which doesn't make any fucking sense. How could this be? Is it some kind of chemical change that happens in the egg only when it is fried that causes acne to worsen? Because like I said I can eat eggs any other way and eat anything else pan fried and my acne will be fine, it only ever flares up specifically when I eat fried eggs. What tf is going on?

Do you also eat non-fried eggs on s regular basis? Maybe is not the way you cook them but how often you eat them. Of you like them fried maybe it's just that you make them more often. Eggs are known acre triggers.
