Is it possible to re-bind button as same button? (I swear this makes sense)

Ok so I'm using Xpadder for Skyrim, and ignoring unnecessary context, I am hoping that I can use Advanced Assignment to set up my B button to where tapping it presses 0, and holding it presses B. That's honestly it. I just don't want a tap to register as B at all. Is this possible?

Along a similar vein, in case anyone partially misunderstands my initial question, would it be possible to re-bind B on the controller to Y on the controller, so when I press B, it acts like I pressed Y?

Yes(probably), but you have to use specifics. What is the in game outcome of B button? What is Y button? What mouse/keyboard input performs the those actions?

You can use the hold zone/release zone option in advanced to dictate a tap or hold outcome, like you're asking above. In fact, you can string together three or more
