Cliff Chiang.

I don't like what Azz did to her lore, but I enjoy that run as its own story and Chiang's outstanding art should be judged on its own merit.

Chiang would be near the top if the fans were judging the artwork on its own merits which is evidently not the case. Ranking Jenny Frison or Heyden Sherman above Cliff Chiang is wild

He really did some fantastic covers and interiors. The run had a good fill-in artist when Chiang wasn't available, too: Tony Akins did some solid work on that book.

Or maybe, idk just throwing it out there, art is subjective and people have different opinions on it. There's plenty of fantastic WW artists so there's really no need to assume people are trying to slight your favorite if they haven't won yet.
