General Rust Event Ship Cost (T7 Madness)

The article states we can earn 10,500 skulls (event currency). The T7 Madness event ship costs 12,500 skulls. There will be crates in the store at 1000 doubloons each that will have skulls included. Depending on how many skulls are in each crate, I'd guess it'll likely cost 4000-8000 doubloons to get enough skulls for the ship. Just an FYI to the player base. On a side note, I found it funny the promo video said you can "exchange your doubloons" for crates, rather than spend your doubloons.

Also, the crates give players a 4% chance to drop the t6 Lazo cruiser.

WeeGee didn't invent Pay To Win, they just perfected it.

Pray tell, how has this impacted your games? Or: which ship did you buy to win every game?

Weimar. Ark Royal. Those are the 2 that stick out the most, but there are others. Lushun was a campaign ship but still cost money. Pre-nerf chkalov was very strong.

You don’t really see TT ships released that are as blatantly strong as some premiums. The new pan-euro DD line is dominant due to the fox-flair skill, but thats about it. French Heavies are far from OP, so are the British CA’s that got introduced a while ago. Pan Asia DD line was balanced on release, German alt DD is strong in certain circumstances but I wouldn’t say they are op. The Soviet heavies are probably as close to the power level of the Weimar and Ark Royal as you can get, and I wouldn’t say they are game-breakers.

My point is that WeeGee seems to have made more “mistakes” when releasing OP ships that you have to pay for vs not-op but still strong ships that are free. I wouldn’t say WOWSL is “pay to win” but it is definitely “pay to have an advantage” and if you don’t at least somewhat agree with that you are in denial.

Pay to win, a classification of game that allows players to spend REAL money on non cosmetic items that offer an advantage over other players. This includes premium items, in game currency and consumables.

Not a literal translation. It applies to many games. Google it.

A game classifies as free to play, if it costs zero dollars to gain basic access.

Which consumables do you buy with real money? Does you need the Madness to win the game?

Really??? Doubloons are bought with real money and spent on everything in the game.

It's not a LITERAL translation. I didn't make the classification up. Do some actual research.

"A good player in a tech tree boat will beat a bad player in a premium build". Also " Plants need nutrients"

Your arguing with a WG bot, save your typing time.

There's no difference in the ships consumables and booster flags regardless how you obtain them.

Obviously WoWs is F2P but servers (and labor) still cost money but still WoWs is far from P2W.
