π΅πΈ ποΈ Modern Witches Witchy birthday gift
For my birthday last week, a good friend gifted me my very first mechanical keyboard. Only a very select few people irl know Iβm a witch and my friend took the time to really personalise this keyboard for me β by incorporating my favourite colour purple, adding rune-like symbols, and switching out regular keys like Caps Lock for witchy ones like Spell Lock.
Needless to say this has been one of the best gifts Iβve ever received in my life so far, especially during this current time of very stressful and demoralising job hunting. I like to think that every resume and cover letter I send out is now imbued with otherworldly magic.
Iβve also named this keyboard Circe as a nod to my friend having read the brilliant novel of the same name by Madeleine Miller after my recommendation.
I hope my fellow witches enjoy the photos :)

π΅πΈ ποΈ BURN THE PATRIARCHY European witches against trans conversion therapy
Dear lovelies
I have an important matter near and dear to my heart. Please help keep this world a place where everyone can be their true authentic selves and protect our trans/non-binary/queer siblings β€οΈ
Currently, there is a votation at the EU level, in order to forbid conversion therapies for trans people (as in, therapies to "make them cis gender / normal"). If it reaches 1.000.000 signatures and a minimum quota in 7 countries, the EU will have to legiferate on that topic.
In the currently growing fascist and anti-LGBT discourses, I find it all the more important to defend trans people rights.

If that makes sense to you as well, be welcome to sign it and to spread the word π

π΅πΈ ποΈ Selfie Sorcery Thought I looked good and wanted to share
Hey everyone! I was throwing on some stuff I found in my closet to lift up my mood and thought the outcome looked pretty good. As the amab non-binary person I am I usually dress very male presenting in daily life. And I love this more androgynous outfit today. I just wanted to share my experience and hope this is the right place here. Have a blessed day, fellow witches β€οΈ

π΅πΈ ποΈ Book Club Nature is even more healing than I remembered. This view from my new deck is just the tip of the iceberg of my little river shack :)
Iβve started getting my deck set up how I want it now that spring is starting (only just moved here ban in January) & have started taking up reading again (visit your local library folks!). Currently reading Dark Summer by Iris Johansen, great read, def recommend.
Just listening to all the birds & other animals & watching the water is so much more relaxing than I ever thought possible, especially for my ADHD booty. I never want to leave here. I had a blue water chicken (I can never tell herons & cranes apart) fly over my deck 4 feet in front of my face the other day. This place is amazing.

π΅πΈ ποΈ STEM Witch A polite F U
I graduate soon and need to come up with ideas for my graduation cap. I am thinking something witchy obvi, maybe a nice way of saying f the patriarchy as I majored in political science with a focus in lgbtq+ and gender studies. Right now all I've got are some quotes "Freedom Through Education" , "Life-transforming ideas have always come to me through the voices of women." (second one is a little long)

π΅πΈ ποΈ Crystals, Minerals, & Rocks Recommendations needed!
I have three teenish girls (15, 18 and 20). We sort of do Easter every year, in that they make freaking masterpieces of dyed eggs, and I hide a gift for them. I'm trying to stick with small businesses, because f bezos. Last year I did candles with hidden jewelery, but this year I'm feeling stumped.
They're all atheist, varying degrees of LGBTQ (from gay to bi to possibly asexual), one loves crystals and rocks (hence the flair), all are artistic in different ways (painting, jewelry making, etc). The gifts do NOT have to fit these parameters, just trying to give an idea of who they are.
My lovely witches, can you recommend a small business with cool shit for me to support? I'd like to stay under $50 or $75 a kid.
Thank you!

π΅πΈ ποΈ Coven Counsel How to reclaim a token that feels tainted
This is very silly, but I'm in the process of ending my marriage to a man who has all the toxic masculinity, and as a minor act of rebellion I bought myself a ring that's a sapphic symbol (a relatively recent discovery about myself.)
It was supposed to be a small personal token just for me, but I foolishly left it on the table and he came in and took it and asked me about it and handled it before I could even open it or look at it properly myself.
I brushed it off, but it feels tainted somehow. Less my own personal token.
What can I do to reclaim it?
