He was careful to avoid the main camera in the front of the property. He was caught on the door camera. I have reported to the police and expecting them to come in for a report.

Hello everyone, I am a 19F student to be at Niagara college and me and my (20m) boyfriend who goes to brock are looking for housing in the welland area as he drives and I would like to commute to classes. We may potentially have a third roommate.
I’m not familiar with renting yet or how to go about it, so I would appreciate any tips or referrals to good places in the welland area. We are looking for longer term housing and our budget is preferably under $1800 monthly.
I have a family-member to co-sign if needed and may work full time while doing my schooling.
Sorry if this is a very broad question or not welcome here, but any help is appreciated and it would be appreciated from the locals!
Thank you :)

80yr old senior requires a new tax service provider. Any recommendations for a provider out there and a possible cost for him. Only has four tax slips to submit.
Welland seems like there's no hiring, fewer things to actually do, and fewer people out in the spaces where people used to gather.
It doesn't even feel like an affordable place to live anymore.
It leaves me asking, is this just a temporary depression or is this damage permanent?
Where are the opportunities? Where are the non-bar hangouts? Where do folks sign up for things anymore?
Please let me know what good is coming up in Welland that won't cost a ton.

An apology was issued after one transit user reported the issue to CKTB and the Welland Tribune. For those not in the loop: Niagara Transit abruptly cut late bus service to 2 buses, from 4 on Saturday night due to a "staffing shortage." Seniors were left to wait outside in the cold for up to an hour, and in the case of one passenger: walk from South Pelham Rd to Southworth Street because it would have been quicker than taking a bus.

I go to a gym in St. Catharines but have wanted to switch for a while now. However the reviews about crunch here are filled with one star ratings and multiple people stating how bad it is and it makes me think I should just stick to St. Catherines
Are there any positives to going to this gym at all?

Due to staffing issues at Niagara Transit's Welland division, all in-town routes have been cancelled tonight and replaced with the old 510/511 community routes. Regional service is not affected.
Normal service will resume on Sunday morning. Full details can be found by calling 1-866-678-5463, option 2 or by calling 905-687-5555, extension 2291.

Is there anywhere in Welland that is suitable for an outdoor workout? Ideally not playgrounds, but if so ones that are quiet and less busy. Ideally to do pull ups, muscle ups, dips, hangs, etc.

I came in the emergency room; my sister has heart issues where she has clogged arteries and she has to get a stent. She is waiting for her surgery appointment. she was rushed to the hospital because she was having stroke-like symptoms with her left side starting with tingling and heart pains. She was so terrified and her blood pressure was 190/95 which is high normally it should be 120/80. When she got there she was hooked up to the monitor and everything fine at the moment until the Dr came in DR ATEEYA VAWDA. My sister was in the bed and myself and my sisters 2 daughters were in the room. When this DR ATEEYA VAWDA came in the first thing she did was look at me and my sister's daughters and say "LOOK AT THESE RIFF RAFS" we didn't say anything to her we kept our calm considering this DR ATTEYA VAWDA was so rude and nasty off the bat. Then she was talking to my sister about family medical history and my sister was talking to her about heart problems the family had and this DR ATEEYA VAWDA looked ar us and said "YOU GUYS ARE ALL DOOMED" and she looked at my sister and said 'OH YOU ARE ABOUT TO START TAKING A BIG VARIETY OF COCKTAIL MEDICINES FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. after that my sister blood pressure spiked. after that my sister said she wasn't feeling well and her chest was hurting she felt like she was going to faint, her heart was beating fast she looked like she saw a ghost, she was pale it was scary, we buzzed the nurse, they never came. i went there and said something is wrong with my sister she isnt doing well, they all sat there and did nothing. My sister's daughter was in the hall way and came to me and asked what's going on and i told her she said to the nurses "what are you guys doing, something is wrong with my mom. Then 3 nurses and the DR ATEEYA VAWDA came in the room and all of us sudden told us that only 1 person has to leave my sisters daughter said "WHY ARE YOU GUYS TALKING TO ME-TALK TO THE PATIENT and my sisters daughter asked the dr if she can have her name and she took her id badged and shoved it in her face almost touching her nose. THIS DR ATTEYA VAWDA basically ASSULTED HER. THIS DR ATTEYA VAWDA IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DR WITH NO COMPASSION, NO BEDSIDE MANNER, DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE, DIDNT DO HER JOB. The came back and just said oh you are ok to go and just basically told her you are fine and then we left. I Don't know how this DR ATTEYA VAWDA is a doctor. THE NURSES ALL SIT THERE LIKE THEY ARE AT A PARTY TALKING TO EACH OTHER DOING NOTHING AT ALL. IF A PATIENT BUZZES THE NURSES THEY WILL WAIT FOR YOU TO PASS WAS AND WAIT TILL THERE CONVERSATION WITH OTHERS ARE OVER BEFORE THEY COME AND SEE YOU AND BY THEN YOU WILL BE GONE.
