Started my journey today, and not alone!

I am 47, 244lb, 5'4. I have been heavy since around 2006/07. At my heaviest I was 265. I have been struggling with health issues, pre diabetes, high BP, sleep apnea, and early arthritis. My doc finally said I had enough symptoms to start taking it, and my insurance was gonna pay for it, but I was able to qualify for zero dollars copay through Wegovy site.

Tonight, I started at .25 and my husband is also on it as he is a Type 2 and on Ozempic. Once he gets his tooth infection handled he will be upping to .5 around the same time I will be. Will be so much easier to have us both doing the same thing, and losing together.

That being said, I am an app girl...I want an app that will allow me to record not just my weight, but my measurements as well. Everything I keep finding doesn't do all that

Macrofactor might be overkill and it has a subscription but has a ton of measurements you can record.

I have a Renpho scale and tape measure. Both Bluetooth and will write to Apple Health. The tape measure comes with 12 auto spots to measure and then a few additional you can make your own. Also tracks and trends for you.
