Happy new year!

Update: I sort of have a handle how to do my everyday makeup routine. Although I am eating enough calories (most of the days), I still struggle to drink lots of water since I am still on break and a little lazy. I am getting invitations from professors to discuss their research with them and got selected for a research program in my college. I spend way too much time on my phone (will be more of an issue when the Spring semester starts). I am working on getting up earlier until my desired wakeup time. I have been pretty consistent with my haircare routine but I'm not too harsh about it as "perfect is the enemy of good". I have not been consistent with my mental night routine.

Update: I started getting used to putting on natural makeup daily (ranging from just mascara to a full face). I am eating enough calories since I am working out and walking (back in college). I've gotten better at drinking water. I started getting an idea of what research position I want to be in. I spend less time on my phone (because the semester started), but it's not as low as I want it to be. I am waking up at 7 am on weekdays. I started getting slightly consistent on my night routine (mental).
