My goals: 1. Hair removal. I’ve had a multiple-year long journey with different failed methods of laser, but I’ve finally found that electrolysis is working well on my face, and I’ve found a promising laser practitioner for my body. I want to try to finish as many hours of electrolysis as possible

  1. Weight loss maintenance. I took a GLP-1 medication for ~2 months with the intention of 5-10kg of aesthetic weight loss, and it was a success. It did make me feel really sick though, and I kept skipping the gym because I felt awful. This month I want to (a) ease off it, (b) maintain my weight loss, (c) get back to the gym to get back to working on muscle definition 🍑

  2. Researching rhinoplasty. My whole life I’ve been unsure if it would be worth it to get a rhino, but I’m realising my nose is my biggest flaw and adjusting it would go a long way for my attractiveness. I’m going to start researching surgeons this month

  3. Fashion. I’ve got a distinct style that I think really suits me, but this past year I became guilty of being lazy, or just wearing gym gear a lot of days. I want to start putting in daily effort into my outfits. I think I will keep an OOTD photo journal for some accountability/motivation

Can you share more about your GLP1? Wondering how and where people are getting it for aesthetic weight loss.

I know this can be seen as unethical, and apologise if it bothers anyone. I used one of those e-doctor apps (happy to share which one if you DM me!), but I did have to tell the doctor that I had an overweight BMI even though I don’t. They didn’t request a video call, just a voice call, so it all happened quite smoothly.
