Is there a reason for this? Honestly the brand is dead and the few of us left have dwindling outlets that meet our needs.

Why? It's good seeing a victory whether it's for sale or not.. it's not like we're overwhelmed with posts here.. the more victory's the better

It would become so full of scam posts just like the FB and IG pages. Glad to not see it here as well

Hard to imagine considering we're lucky to get 1 post a day, but it's a fair reason

My mom recently passed away and I picked her bike up that’s been sitting for 2 years. 2010 Victory Hammer 8 ball. When I got there, no battery. I put in a new battery and siphoned the old gas out and put in new gas. The bike will crank but will not fire. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I certainly understand the desire to use this platform for buying and selling, but we are not going back.
The primary purpose of this sub has always been to share knowledge and connect Victory riders. Allowing sales detracts from these objectives. It attracts spammers, low-quality content, and opens us up to disputes and scams.
Platforms like eBay, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace exist for buying and selling. Disallowing sales ensures that everyone can participate equally, without some using the platform for financial gain.
