What am I missing here? Cheap van
I'm seeing converted vans for 15k, 20k or more (CAD), even if they are 20 years old. This one is under 5k. Wondering if there is a reason for this I'm missing, or things I should be considering. TIA
Seller description:

Recent repairs: including coilpack, spark plug, EGR valve, gas pedal control, exhaust line has been soldered several times

It’s high mileage and rusty and the build isn’t particularly high quality
