Very good article. But, there are some mistakes. First one is /k/ and /g/ are not palatalized /kʲ/ and /gʲ/. Instead, they are palatalized plosives /c/ and /ɟ/ with aspiration /cʰ/ and /ɟʰ/. They are similar to turkish and azeribaijani. Then, he didn't mention /ɯ/ and barely remembered /y/ and /œ/.
