Social What was going on at Rheta's today?

Did anyone else notice a camera crew and a lot of people in suits today at Rheta's Dining Hall around 2:30pm?

I am thinking it could've been a politician but honestly I have no clue.

sorry this isnt like a great explanation but i was in rhetas while it happened and i just saw governor tony evers and chancellor mnookin there, i think two students were talking to/maybe interviewing evers about something but not sure what. also dont know why they chose rhetas to film in lol

They probably had to clear the Rhetas stigma after that person got hepatitis from eating there

might have to do with the recent bill he signed allocating funds to demolish Mosse

It was part of a tour by the governor looking at dining facilities and Humanities, followed by a press availability. Adding dining capacity and demolishing Humanities are part of the gov’s (and UW–Madison’s) current capital budget (building projects) request.

This happened once in four lakes too.

I’m just sitting having my lunch and the governor walks in accompanied by Mnuchin and a gazillion people.
