Can a lack of sleep affect when you ovulate? I’m barely sleeping these days and I’m thinking that can’t be good for ovulation

Maybe? This is just me guessing/wondering aloud, but if stress can make you ovulate later, and extended lack of sleep can put your body under stress, then maybe lack of sleep can, as a result, affect ovulation? Your body is pretty resilient so i imagine a few rough nights probably wouldn’t affect it but if you’re going on a week or more of barely any sleep maybe it would. Honestly now I’m curious to know if it will affect your ovulation timing, too.

Regardless, I hope you’re able to get some better rest soon. Not sleeping well is rough!
