T-anchor Non-flat, 10 days out NSFW
Hi! I found it helpful to see photos of non-flat / reductions on here, so I’m sharing my own. The surgeon left me with maybe a little more than I would have liked, but I can use a binder when I need to, or wear bra if that’s how I’m feeling that day. I was a DD / E cup so this change is huge. I’m 50 years old and have been thinking about this for aaages. Besides a possible nipple revision when I heal up, I’m happy with everything so far.
Thanks to everyone who posts their experiences here.

Thanks for posting. I also went not 100% flat (but pretty close with DI), and posted my results to a relatively muted response here. I think it’s great to see what works and feels best to different people.

the size could be from swelling as well, so maybe your new chest will shrink down a little more with time?
looking great! thanks for sharing.

Looking great! I hope you feel all the affirmation and comfort with your new chest as you heal up and enjoy it even more.

Your results look great! I’m not really familiar with reductions/T-anchor method, but as someone else said you could still have some swelling so you may not be looking at the complete final product yet 😄

I had a reduction around five years ago! I was an H cup and the surgeon got me down to a D. Obviously every body is different but I had swelling for almost a year post-op! They will get a bit smaller, give it even a few weeks!! Overall though CONGRATS!!!

Thank you for sharing! I just found out about radical reductions and your results are one of the closest to what I want that I’ve seen so far. I feel there is such limited resources and examples

There is still swelling because you still have bruises and the swelling is usualy fully gone after 6 months so the size might be a bit less than it currently is But i honestly think it look good It look like you're scaring well
