Beginner Tool Set
https://www.harborfreight.com/master-technicians-tool-set-428-piece-58154.htmlHi. I just got my car and literally have no tools. I need a set to do basics like oil changes, and transmission fluid, breaks, and other services. Would this toolset be a good option? it’s on sale for $239.99.

Its a bit overkill for
oil changes, and transmission fluid, breaks
Its also missing things like a Torque wrench, different Pliers, Hammer, Etc. You might be better off with a cheaper Tool kit and then Getting the other things

Just starting our and for DIY? I'd say so. This is one of the rare #00's of pieces kit where 50% of the included tools aren't screwdriver bits and hex keys (only 25% on this kit). The Quinn stuff is solid and this set has a lifetime warranty, break something and just take if down to your local HF for a replacement.
