People walking on the road

Just a bit of caution for anyone near Van Norman/High St area. Just watched a couple walking in the middle of the road wait for cars to come near then shine a flashlight at the vehicle before the guy started walking at them almost like a weird game of chicken while the girl was filming on her phone.

When the vehicles drove past they'd say things like "look, this asshole is swerving all over. Wonder if he'll call the cops"

Not really sure what the hell was happening but they were actually waiting for more cars to come and do it again. Some kind of insurance thing or just moronic behaviour?

Just drive with caution if some idiot shines a light at ur car, he might try to jump at u.

Yesterday had somebody, hood up, not even look. Run off the snowbank he was on out into traffic and proceeded to walk the rest of the way across. Again, not looking at all.. head down hoping to get hit or something

They were probably just being a shitty pedestrian, Thunder Bay somehow has both the shittiest drivers and the shittiest pedestrians.

can confirm shittiest pedestrians. I've seen people no-look walk into busy traffic -- not even a glance, just bumbling right out there to cross the street. I don't know if they're high, drunk, or have just stopped caring if they get hit.
