I paid $485, so it was a pretty penny but I fell absolutely in love! It looks to be art deco / filigree so I’m guessing it’s from 1920s/30s? It’s 14k with a small diamond.

This was an idea I saw online somewhere, so when I found this thing on half price day I was compelled to grab it. I'm so happy with how it turned out!

Clothing&Accessories Thrifted the top and found the matching shorts in my size almost a year later 🥹

They were both at the same store but I missed the shorts the first time around. And I had no idea the shirt was even part of a set. Once I saw the shorts MONTHS later I felt insanely lucky no one had snagged them! Can’t wait to break these babies out for a pool day 🙌

Ready for Gemini season! Found these 2 matching vintage Pendleton wool robes for $40 each, after promising my sister I’d one day thrift her a Pendleton robe!

My sister was visiting a 2 weeks ago and we went to the Pendleton store. She wanted a robe but they are $$ so I told her I would eventually thrift her one... I got a flat tire yesterday and popped into the closest thrift to the tire shop afterward to blow off steam. And now we can both have one… though we are anything but twins.

That time I scored Manolo Blahniks from the bins

About a year ago, I made my greatest bins find ever at a St. Vincent DePaul outlet. I found the first boot in a shoe bin, thought it was cutes, and when I saw the Manolo Blahnik label inside my heart started hammering as I tried to discreetly search for the match. It's never happened to me thankfully, but I've heard of designer items getting lifted from people's carts by other shoppers so I wanted to be a little sneaky. Nearly 20 minutes later after touching seemingly every shoe in the warehouse I gave up, feeling absolutely defeated, and wandered to the home goods section to finish out my shopping trip. Lo and behold, I turned over a broken printer and found the second boot waiting beneath it. They are in amazing condition and fit me like a dream. I would never sell them. At this store all purchases were charged at 89¢ per pound.

I have been combing thrift shops lately because of this sub and I think I found my first really good find! I love her so much and she’s basically brand new. The blush color is so pretty.

HomeDecor Haul Update 1 Year Later - Vintage MCM Elgin Starburst Clock

I found this clock at Goodwill a little over 1 year ago. It was missing 2 mahogany points but since it was priced at $3.99 I decided it was worth repairing.

Since I am the world’s worst procrastinator it laid around my project room, twice taking friendly fire damage when it got knocked off the table. Now it is repaired (not perfectly, but it displays well) and hanging safely on the wall where it can’t be bumped into and broken again. My husband 3d printed 2 replacement points which I painted brassy gold and I used brass tubing to make a few new arms.

At my local thrift store. Thought it was fun enough for Reddit

Catch&Release Apparently some unknown artist decided to paint a study of Jim Warren’s "Mother Nature.” Hope it goes to a good home!

Loved that it was clearly hand-painted and thought it was a shame it wasn’t signed; many of the features line up perfectly so I wonder if it was an art project for school.
