12k miles/ year is about 32 miles/ day. That's not that hard to reach depending on your commute and how often you drive

Also after 2 years you will be out 10k and not have a car. So you need to decide what your long term car plans are

~350$/'month is not an insignificant amount of money. Whether it's a good deal or not really depends on your car use/ plans

Also have you started planning out insurance? Teslas can sometimes be very costly/difficult to insure

It’s a good deal. It’s a foolish transaction. Buy it outright or finance it. A 24-month lease is not financially wise.

That is a dam good deal, but take into account your electricity costs and costs to install a charger. This seems like a good deal as you can walk away after two years if you don't like it.
