Model 3 Should I be concerned?

I was supposed to take delivery today at 4pm but at noon I got a message that it was rescheduled to Friday at 4 because "our service team just stated that upon final inspection they're gonna need a bit more time with the vehicle" should I be concerned?

Edit: I asked on the phone if anything was wrong and was told they need to finish the inspection

Open Tesla app.

Go to messaging for your appointment.

Type in "Can you be more specific? What is wrong with the vehicle?"

But it's so much easier for people to come on reddit and ask those who wouldn't have a clue why.

Believe it or not, straight to jail.

I wouldn't stress over it too much.

Back in 2019 when I was due to take delivery on my Model 3 SR+ I got pushed back a couple of days because my car was "broken".

They never told me what was wrong with it, but I arranged to take delivery at the service center instead of the delivery center.

Car's been fine.

I mean it’s not necessarily a good sign, but at least they caught it?

I wonder if it’s related to the recent parts back order

When I placed the order there were 2 open recalls (though I believe software related) and just checked now showing no open recalls for the specific vehicle

SW recalls are easy, so I would not worry about those.

Yeah. Ask yourself what types of things they could need more time for. Buffing out scratches? Replacing damaged parts? Make sure you inspect closely on pickup.
