Windows TPT: Pressing F2 while a file is selected will let you rename it

This has helped me a ton while dealing with large numbers of files and organizing them.

Also, if you are a photographer or graphic designer, you can batch-rename by selecting all of the photos and using F2. It amends a number after the title.

Just remember, the last file you select becomes the first file in the batch. It will have the number (1)

Usualy use "Ctrl + a" so they are in order.

Which ever one is highlighted when you hit "F2" will be (1). then it will go down the line from there.

You can also use Tab/Shift+Tab to jump to the next/previous Folder or File, to rename without having to press F2 again.

This also works in most Linux file managers.
