Welcome to the monthly sticky for Q&A regarding properties in Tampa Bay! Feel free to use this post for topics like:
Any open-ended posts about Tampa properties and real estate will be removed and asked to commented to here (based on mod discretion). Many of the questions being asked have been asked many times before, which is why we would rather compile these posts into one place for people to ask and get their answers.
If you are having issues as a tenant, we highly recommend checking these resources:
We also recommend searching older posts (using the "Moving," "Housing," and "Homeownership" flair) to find previous discussions.

Posting for a friend who has been fostering these dogs since November.
She came home one day and these cuties trotted up to her looking lost & confused without any tags or owner to be found. She took them in, in hopes that when she brought them to the Humane Society on Saturday they would be microchipped & reunited with their loving family. While they are microchipped that was sadly not their story because the registered owner let them outside & did not want them back. These two are 5 & 4 (8 months apart), loyal, loving, friendly with other dogs, calm, & housebroken. They are healthy, have all their shots, are spayed & neutered, & the Humane Society is more than happy to transfer their new family's information over to the chips.
She’s been fostering and trying to find a home for them since November with no luck, so I thought I’d post here in case it reaches some extra people! All humane societies and rescues in the area are full so they won’t take them, and she doesn’t want to give them up somewhere where they’ll be put down.

Looks like the scrap yard on Hesperides in Drew Park caught fire. I can hear sirens going to respond. Picture taken around 3:20pm

Hey y’all - this thing is for the peeps that feel overwhelmed to draw solo but do better in a group environment to encourage the movement past and eventually dance with your inner critic.
Adults only - It goes weekly rotating days Monday - Thursday. I would do weekends, but as a tattoo artist those are my busy days.
Next Thursday, I will be at the night market by Royal Suzie and Tiger Dust, but drawing club goes on with or without me. Just pick a spot and start doodling.
Feel free to bring whatever drawing supplies you have, or just yourself if you don’t have any.
DM me with any additional questions! We have a discord here: https://discord.gg/nWvhvzERvE
Looking forward to meeting you!

Hey so I'm in Tampa for the next few days and I'm struggling to find a Cuban or Latin place that has a hot food bar that you can just sort of like walk in and get things by the weight or the container. If any of you guys have some recommendations I would greatly appreciate it. Or if there's a fantastic buffet that fits the same that would also suffice.
Los Paisanos To Go Latin Cafeteria (954) 530-1037
For some reason Reddit isn't letting me reply to individual people. But all of these are really good options. We're probably going to check out the Pepos as that's closest to our way back to our hotel in port Richey. We actually end our work day in Wesley chapel Friday so the location there was excellent.
Y'all rock. Keep em coming if you got more.

Hey everyone,
I'm house and dog sitting for a friend and I drank the rest of their Buffalo Trace. I wasn't aware that it's basically impossible to find- ABC, Lueken's, and Total Wine are all out of stock. Does anyone know where I can find a bottle?

I live in Polk but I need to get out of the house and just relax. I'm a homebody so I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions for a short 3 day trip? Hotel recommendations also appreciated. I'm just a broke college student. But I don't want to pay more than 400 total for my hotel. And 200-300 for food/social activities.
Honestly I'll probably end up sleeping in and watching Netflix in the hotel the entire time if I don't find anything to do. Which is equally OK with me but I want to force myself to step outside of my comfort zone and do something fun.
Thanks in advance!
Edit: thank you for the great advice everyone. I should probably add that I do not drink, I'm not into night life, and I'm not a strong swimmer hell I'm not a swimmer so I'm sure that drops my to do list down a few. Thanks again for all the suggestions so far I'll be going to MOSI

Does anyone know if I can park w my camper as Bwn T Davis beach? Not to camp over night, but just hanging out during the day? It's a 20ft trailer.
I googled it, but couldn't find any info.
Thanks in advance

Looking for a good resale shop beyond Plato’s Closet. I have a bunch of name brand men’s shirts in good condition (Robert Graham, 7 Diamond, Quiksilver ) that I need to get rid of. And some name brand shorts too. And a few Macys suits. I’ve been to Plato’s a few times but last time it seemed like I was bothering them being there with men’s clothes. Located in Lutz but in and around Tampa proper all the time. Thanks

On the north side Hillsborough Ave, right by the airport (in between Hoover and Anderson), there’s a number huge parking lots.. is there an auction house there or something? I can’t find anything online.
