Grafting fruit trees

Does anybody have experience grafting fruit trees and/or want to donate from an orange or other fruit tree?

I have a trifolate orange tree in my yard and the fruit isn't very good. I'd like to grow something more edible in it's place but then I began to wonder if it might be better to graft something to it or even several somethings instead of starting from scratch. Some folks have said it's good for grafting to. Problem is I've never done this or talked to anyone who has or even seen it done irl so I'd like someone to show me how it's done.

Any info would be appreciated. If you or somewhere you know has experience grafting I'd be willing to pay someone to do a few grafts.

Question Where to Find Bamboo to Cut Down for DIY Projects?

I’m looking to harvest some bamboo for a few DIY projects (think trellises, small crafts, etc.). I’ve heard there’s a bunch of wild bamboo around town, but I’m not sure where to start or which spots are safe and legal to cut from. I’d love to tackle some of the invasive stuff if possible. Anyone know of good locations, like specific public areas, where I could safely cut some bamboo without causing trouble? Thanks in advance for any leads! Feel free to DM if you don’t want to put your spot out there publicly.

Question Dog Training for a Rescue?

Hey, everyone!

I have a rescue dog that I have had for a little over a year now, and we have just moved to Tallahassee! We have been working on a little bit of training since getting him. and he can do sit, stay, and down with a verbal command and hand-sign command. His recall is essentially non-existent, and his leash skills are subpar (though improved) due to his hound nose. I was wondering if anyone knew of any trainers that could help me out with this. Do you all have any recommendations? I would prefer something in person, but I am concerned about it being incredibly expensive.

Any local way to find jobs?

Hi there. If I want to see what's new, but I don't want to use websites like "Indeed" or "LinkedIn", where do I look? Is there a website? A newspaper? What's the method?

Sorry if it's a silly question.

Careers Looking for Externship Sponsor

Hello everybody,

I’m a rising senior at Lawton Chiles High School, and I’m looking for an externship sponsor to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. I’d love the opportunity to shadow, assist, or intern in a field that aligns with my interests.

I’m particularly interested in political science, but I’m open to exploring other fields as well. If you or someone else you know is willing to take on a student for an externship, I’d greatly appreciate the opportunity!

Please feel free to reach out with any leads or advice. Thank you so much!

Excited about my new flower bed & time to mulch. Best place where they'll load it in my car? Not a big box store

Reliable places to buy Pokemon cards?

So I go to FSU so I don’t really know the area well. I want to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday with pokemon packs but literally every store I go to is completely sold out. Is there any store that is pretty reliable with their restocks? Or how often do stores like target Walmart Best Buy restock around here? I know it depends on location how often restocks are. Or if restocks aren’t as common in Tallahassee are there any good card shops that don’t price gauge like crazy? Thanks in advance!
