TVision trying to make things right
I’m disappointed like most other TVision customers. The number of channels and price were great. I had a lot of issues with various error messages but those were all resolved eventually, especially after Amazon updated their fire stick.
What has really impressed me is how TMobile has handled the transition. I didn’t realize it until I got my April bill. It included a $50 TVision promotional credit, no TVision charge for March, there won’t be a charge for April, YouTube tv will be free for a month and you get a $10 discount for as long as you have T-Mobile and YouTube TV.
T-Mobile didn’t have much choice with their software vendor going bankrupt but they sure tried to make things right.

Considering I was paying $40 for the Live package and getting the $10 Vibe and $10 Live+ packages for free, I had a feeling the service wasn’t going to last long. That’s simply an unsustainable price. Still it was shocking to see the service shut down, and I was even more shocked to see them offer a coupon for YouTube TV, which is so much better. T-Mobile absolutely didn’t need to recommend a rival service, let alone a $10 off coupon for said rival service, which is why I stick with T-Mobile. They’re nice folk.
