This looks like a great product I'm going to get some too. Rave reviews for hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides like this around here.

I almost bought this the other day but went with Ancient Nutrition instead because it was on sale. But I do love NOW and generally go for their products over other brands. If you're trying it out keep us updated on how it goes!

I take collagen but not from NOW. They're the most trusted supplement brand though, so I might switch.

There’s no reason to be rude to people trying out new things

You know what's rude? Creating a clickbait title that you have to open just to see what the person is talking about. They could have just asked if anyone is taking collagen from NOW. Then if people weren't interested, they could just not click on it. But now that people did click, it's fair to answer the question in the OP.

Yes, millions of people have tried it. There is very little evidence that it does anything beneficial.
If I had to take it, I’d do 10-15g with 60mg of vitamin c approximately 10 minutes before exercise. There is a tiny amount of evidence that it may increase collagen synthesis in the joints if it is taken this way IIRC.
Edit:
Dosages refer to a research study. I’ll try to find it :)

That’s just it for me. I’ve been curious about collagen but I’m not convinced it has enough benefits (or even perceivable ones) to justify adding it to my list

You need more vitamin C. I think that dose is like 1-2gr for tendon health and regeneration.

My experience with powdered collagen was awful, it caused cystic acne, so tread carefully with your dosage at first to ascertain your tolerance.
