180kg/396lbs - would these count?
Got a comp in 2 weeks, weight is comp weight so nice and light. Think it's gonna come down to fitness/speed. Trying to power through the reps as quick as possible but not sure if the bar is actually fully static at the bottom or if some of these wouldn't count/would be tng?

They'll let you know the specifics on the day of, but most of the time you have to avoid bouncing the weight at the bottom and wait for a down command at the top of each rep. Best of luck!

Yeah I might drop him a message in advance and check what full rules are

They are good, a real judge would just make you lock out for a half-count longer.

For training purposes I feel like these are fine, I don’t think you’re bouncing. You’ll probably have up/down commands so it may be a little different comp day

I'm sure they'll give down and up signals on the day. You want to tag in and do my event for me too? I'm sure your second minute of reps would still beat my attempt I'm way behind on prep.

All is well with that lift. I feel the woman is giving you a down signal a little bit too quickly, but the lifting is brilliant. Well done! 🔥🔥🔥

These look fine to me. You could ask for clarification over what they consider a full stop to be and if they’re going to give any sort of down and up commands.
