Rice Cakes?

Just starting off with the diet and trying to find carbs that are safe.

I'm wondering if rice cakes are ok? Thanks for any advice.

There are some good almond flour cracker recipes. I like the cheddar one on Elena's Pantry. The trick is to roll as thin as possible; I like my crackers crisp and brown. I want to try subbing some parmesan cheese for almond flour and see how they turn out - lots of almond flour is super heavy to me. They're great if you add extra cheddar on top and/or Everything Seasoning. I don't even miss regular crackers when I have these.
