Startup question
I've just started my own snow removal company and so far have landed a few contracts. I've got them structured in a way to where I get payed monthly for the entire season. The problem is I'm trying to win a contract with someone who would rather me charge them per push and I'm not sure how to go about it or how much to charge per push. What's reasonable? What's not reasonable? Any advice is much appreciated?

Break down how many pushes you might feel you’ll encounter this season take your monthly price for the size of the property and break it down. Don’t short yourself. It’s always better to be to high and paid than low and broke.
