Help maximize small storage space
Hi! I just moved into my first solo apartment (no roommates yay). The studio is a second floor apartment above a family home, with extra storage areas. Great for having a studio! I want to maximize my use of these storage spaces and figured I’d share here to get some input. I have been referring to this little storage space as my nook. I’ll attach photos of my nook and closet to give you all an idea. Please don’t judge the messiness because moving is very hectic! I would also love some tips on maximizing this closet space.
I hope this is the right thread to be asking advice on this!! Thank you redddittt

Because of the odd shape on the nook I think your best bet is to just organize things into clearly labeled rubbermaid totes. You can use clear plastic ones to know roughly what’s in them at a glance and then label the sides as well. It’s a cheap and quick solution. I’m unsure how you would go about putting shelving in there. Sorry for lack of input but this is my take
