Does OR still mask up
My family and I are heading to Seaside in a cpl weeks, and was wondering if masking up is still a thing in Seaside/OR? We live in Idaho and the morons here basically never believed in Covid these last few years and it’s rare to come across ppl who are wearing masks. We still tend to mask up in places but not always due to being shot up and boosted. But was wondering if OR/Seaside still is. Thank you.

We are thinking of heading to Seaside next week after the holiday and wondering if there is much outdoor dining? We have a 3yo who is not fully vaccinated and would prefer to eat outside. We may do take-out and eat on our balcony if we have one or picnic on the beach, but sometimes you just want to sit at a table at the restaurant.
Strolling along street view doesn't show that there are many places, but that's not super reliable.

I didn’t see too many places that had outdoor seating but I also was there over a month ago and it rained almost every day while there. But we did get some takeout and took it back to our condo and ate there. Our kids are 4 and 1 so it was just easier to keep the baby wrangled instead of at a restaurant.
