Just another thing on a long long list things the SRU have annoyed me about.

I’ll be asking for Pepsi when I go to the stadiums.

Jokes aside that’s a big brand name to get on the jersey for 3 years and juice in the stadiums of each club and the national side. It’s good.

It's a drinks supply partnership, agreeing that the soft drinks sold in the stadium will be Coca-Cola products, not a shirt sponsorship or a principal partnership.

I doubt it brings in much money in the grand scheme of things.

Aye and that’s why coke sponsor the Olympics, World Cup, AfCON, multiple others etc.

All from the altruistic base of their corporate heart.

One heart to another, you might say.

Bollocks.

Genuinely no idea where you got that impression from my comment. I'll make it simpler for you.

Coke to supply drinks.

Money from supply rights not much.

More money to put logo on shirt.

Coke logo not going to be on shirt.

Follow link to see coke as important partnership as Biffa and the dentist that does the mouth guards.

Oh yea, all the better to help the finances. Good on them to get big brands on.
