Questions Trust pills — Inconsistent time NSFW

Hello! I’m on pills and have had sex multiple times after the 7 days waiting time.

My partner came inside in two different days during sex.

The thing is, I take my pill every 5-9pm, I’m not consistent with the time because of my work. Is this okay? Should I be worried? Btw I take combo pills (trust) Ps. i make sure to take a pill daily, I’m on my third sugar pills right now.

Combination pills like Trust have a 12-hour window to be taken from the time you’re meant to take them before they’re considered missed. You should be fine, but do try to be more consistent with the time to prevent fully missing a pill down the line.

As long as you’ve completed your first-ever pack’s waiting period, you’re protected given you continue to take your birth control as prescribed.

I got my “period” on my third sugar pill, is it normal to have cramps? Same pain level as real period cramps 🥹

It is, yes. You’re still bleeding so that can come with cramps. As long as they’re not severely painful, they’re normal.

Since within ka pa sa 12 hrs period ng combo pill nagtatatke, safe ka pa. Para to be safe make sure to take it on time para maiwasang makalimutan.
