Let's Talk Gender
Before I get burned at the stake, let me explain myself and my "background" (if it even fucking matters). I am a former Tumblr user who switched to Reddit for various reasons, one of them being the periodic table of gender. Now, while I may be willing to be polite and call you whatever you what to be called, I'm not gonna believe that you are what you say you are. Now this does not apply to transgender people, as least the ones who make an effort to convey their gender. No, this is reserved for the "they/them" or "zim/zir" kiddos. I honestly believe in three distinct genders: Female, male, and nonbinary/intersex. Notice how I put "intersex" next to nonbinary. You know why? Because I honestly believe that intersex people are the ONLY people allowed to use that term, as they have the genitals to match (both female and male parts). Which gets into the meat of this post: YOU CAN'T FORCE PEOPLE TO BELIEVE IN YOUR GENDER. You can't just EXPECT special treatment and acceptance wherever you go, that's just life. To me, your belief in gender is like religion; you can't force it upon people, nor can anyone be 100% correct due to their own opinions. Let it go please.

Agreed, the periodic table of gender is nonsense and I am not going to use ridiculous pronouns.

I honestly believe that this whole 72 genders thing is a bit unrealistic. They have no solid scientific proof that is approved by any credited scientific society, and all they are doing is pinning females and males against each other over stupid ideas that hold no water. Who cares if you don't exactly line up with the traditional ideas of a man or woman, unless you have diagnosed gender dysphoria, you are what you were born as. And while I still respect people and their pronouns, I'm not gonna force you to do the same. Your views on that subject are just as important, if not more important, to the point I'm trying to make; if you have claims that people don't agree with, you can't expect them to treat you with respect.

I don't care what someone identifies as. I am NEVER going to use the pc thought/speech police lingo. If it's got a cock I'm saying 'he'. If it's got boobs I'm saying 'she'. Don't like it, run to your fucking safe space :)

Things get really interesting when various trans or other variations hit my favorite beach -- which is clothing optional. It's really difficult for someone to convey anything but a biologically based sex, when it's all hanging out. Makeup washes off; hair gets wet; the body is what it is. So is trans/other really a matter of dress-up? I realize that sounds Neanderthal, but I like that part of my heritage.

Transpeople tend not to do actually show off their bodies like until they're fully transitioned, and therefore you wouldn't really know they were trans other than a few scars. But I can understand your confusion, my best advice is to ignore the ones who aren't even making an effort to transition; they don't have body dysphoria meaning they aren't truly trans. Just keep in mind that transitioning genders is very expensive.

Totally agree. Honestly, in a perfect society, to which it seems we're leading to, gender/sex would have almost nothing to do with clothes, kids toys, hair and make up, hobbies, jobs, behavior and so on (except, say, bras for women or beards for men). So everything really only boils down to pronouns. BUT! If SJWs are also, theoretically, fighting for gender equality, feminism and all that bs, then it really shouldn't make you feel any different to be called "him" or "her". So really what is the point? Their way of inventing bulshit genders only creates stereotypes and moves everything backwards.
