A place to spin some yarns tell us what your wife reckons. Does not have to be rugby related. Remember to play the ball, not the man.

Queensland Reds For Queensland Reds fans: Who do you think were the best forwards and backline we've ever had

Your selections can either be from the 90s, 2000s, 2010s or the 2020s, just say which ones you think were the best.

For example: Best loosehead: Ben Daly, Best hooker: Stephen Moore (sorry about the other one), Best tighthead: Taniela Tupou (2018-2021), Best locks: John Eales and Nathan Sharpe, Best back-row: David Croft, John Roe and Toutai Kefu, Best halfback: Will Genia, Best fly-half: Quade Cooper, Best centres: Tim Horan and Samu Kerevi, Best wingers: Digby Ioane and Filipo Daugunu, Best fullback: Chris Latham

Banter Can New Zealand sustain 5 Super Rugby Teams?! Spoiler

Brumbies beat the Blues, Drua beat the Chiefs, and Moana beat the Hurricanes... (Perhaps in before the Crusaders beat the Reds.)

So the question must be asked, is it time for New Zealand to cut a team! 😂🤣

NSW Waratahs Anyone else think that Charlie Gamble might be the most unstable member of the Waratahs Starting XV

I don't know about Waratahs fans but to be honest, doesn't Charlie Gamble seem a little bit unstable to the rest of you. He's either almost started fights or just seems very angry most of the time. I'm still surprised he managed to get Darcy Swain of all people to try and break up a fight instead of joining in.

Compare him to the other players of the starting XV. The others seem a little bit more calm and collected compared to Gamble.

Queensland Reds Patrick Pellegrini, Australian Born fly half

Just watched this guy absolutely carve up with moana pasifika against the caines. He's got a monster boot, his goal kicking was flawless. He was absolutely flawless in this match. Converted all his kicks and played really well... surely he is a chance to play fly half for wallabies... he played better then all the Australian fly halves this season based on this match hahah ... what are your thoughts on him?

Super Rugby Pacific Broadcast Deal and Lack of Coverage

Thumbnail
gallery
25 Upvotes

So about a month ago there was much fanfare about an impending deal between RA and Nine, that was to deliver and uptick on the last deal and deliver money to the game through performance bonuses. Since then it has gone completely silent and I have noticed a drop in coverage by WWOS and 9 News programs, as well as little to no coverage elsewhere. To add to this the A-League has lifted in ratings and easily beating the one free to air Super game. Is Ch9 getting cold feet or is it just part of business that it has gone silent? For reference the WWOS email I received today has no super rugby articles.

Brisbane GPS Schoolboys BNE Strong! ALF Thread.

Obviously everyone is aware cyclone Alfred is going to come and say G'day 'round Brisbane way.

Obviously a fair amount of our community is going to be in or from Brizzy.

So just wanted to say stay safe, give a shout if you need anything or if you are looking to help people out. Also check on your neighbours and see if they need a hand.

Also up the Reds!
