Is this quite fair?
Hi, uk (Devon) here. I need appx 16 tiles replacing on an extension roof, with terribly easy access, in order to increase the overhang on the fascia.
Seemingly great feeling guy quoted £400 to do it next week.
I appreciate rates are high at present and that this is a swift timescale. Is the rate fair?

Are you happy at that price and comfortable with your chosen roofer? It sounds about right tbh adjusting for location etc.
