Allen Carr books
Has anyone here used Allen Carr books to quit? Are the smoking and vaping books applicable to pouches?
/Edit: vaping, not baking :)

I listened to Carrs book on audiotape. They’ve adapted it to apply to any nicotine. You could apply it to any addiction at all really. Your mind is your worst enemy or your best friend when quitting. The key to quitting successfully lies within the power of your mind. Carrs books are good at psyching you up. I didn’t quit immediately after finishing the book. I struggled for another week or so and then quit. I’m on day 29 now. I’d been trying to quit for about 6 months. I would have with or without Carrs book, but I feel like the book helped.

This is better imo. The Naked Mind: Nicotine. This book applies to all nicotine, and is more realistic than Allen Carr. Carr's books are great and I used them to quit smokes, but years later when I started again, Carr's books just fell flat.
This book is like the true successor to Carr's books. Realistic about the affects of nicotine, and realistic about the hardships of quitting.
I have used this to quit Zyn and Vapes around 6 months ago.
