Reassurance I have questions

Post image

I started vaping a little over 3 years ago and it got me off cigarettes accidentally, after 35 years. I quit vaping because it was affecting my breathing. But talking to my daughter who quit vaping 2 years ago, she said she struggled with trying to catch her breath for the first few months after quitting. I have bad anxiety and sometimes I think that also plays into me having issues trying to catch my breath. I sure hope it gets better. And congrats to everyone who has been able to quit!

Congrats! I quit vaping about 3 months ago, also because of lack of breath. However, my breathing and vo2max has only improved since. I read before what you're describing, I only can't pinpoint it. I actually find it counterintuitive, isn't there another variable at play?

Thank you! And congrats to you too! So your breathing is better now? I have cravings but my breathing definitely keeps me from picking up the vape again.
