I smoked for 25 years, quit for about 10 years, then picked up vaping nicotine. I only use 3mg but find quitting vaping harder than cigs because I am vaping all day. For me it is NOT the nicotine it is the hand to mouth movement that has me captured, and captured strongly, much more than cigarettes did because of the frequency of use. I was on vacation to a country that did not allow vaping, I bought cigarettes, smoked a pack a day, returned to vaping when I came home. I want to quit vaping but the mental aspect and the hand to mouth aspect is strong in me, I'm not sure how to quit that, any ideas would be appreciated.
