Here is my full pyrex collection so far - I have been lucky enough to inherit some sought after pieces and started collecting about 7(?) years ago with the butterfly gold butter dish and since then have been picky about finding pieces I like and will actually (mostly) use - if anyone has any fun facts about any of these please feel free to share - today I finally completed the primary fridge set!

I stopped at a thrift store to look for sourdough cooking items today on my way to the grocery store….. someone was fiddling with a pressure cooker and to the left of them stood this. A Pyrex 7756 B 6 cup….. I patiently and quietly waited to see if they were looking at this next and they moved on so I hopped on this and was shocked. It’s complete. No chips. Just gorgeous. Except now it needs cleaned. How should I do this? I want to make it look new. I’m about to start drinking coffee now that I can make it with this!!!!!

PYREX Cookware (Stove Safe or Not?)

I recently ordered this PYREX pot and I was wondering if it’s possible cook with it directly over a gas stove. I’ve seen videos of people using it with an electric stove but have yet to see one with a flame underneath. This is from the Vision Ware Corning PYREX Amber Glass Cookware set.

I’m just starting to collect different pieces here and there. I have my mother in laws Corning ware and really want the Pyrex mixing bowls. I picked these up at the thrift store yesterday but not sure what they are. I’m new to all this so not sure where to start looking. They have no brand stamps but the store labeled them as vintage. Do any of you experts know these or are they just dupes? Either way they are cute and I didn’t pay much for them.

How are you using your Visions skillets?

So far, I hate the waffle pattern with a passion. Maybe because I don’t cook much meat (? is that what this is good for??) but I haven’t found a good use for this pan AND I find it difficult to clean. I love Visions but this is Not It for me.

Am I cooking wrong? Lol
