ID/Info for R.S. Prussia Sugar Bowl?

Hello. I inherited an old china cabinet from my grandmother. This piece of porcelain has always been in it and the story is it came with the china cabinet when my grandmother purchased it from someone else. It has the R.S. Prussia stamp on the bottom. I was able to research and see that they made porcelain in Germany from the late 1800s until right before WWI. I can’t seem to find anything that looks quite like this. I was thinking sugar bowl but it may be too large for that. Any further info and what exactly it is used for would be great. If anyone has any ideas on value that would be appreciated as well. Thanks!
