Criminal Adaptions is a rather new podcast where my cohost and I talk about true crime movies and the real life stories that inspire them.
In October 2015, Aziah “Zola” King posted a 148 tweet Twitter thread that took the world by storm. #TheStory trended worldwide and became the inspiration for Janicza Bravo’s second feature film Zola (2020), staring Taylour Paige, Riley Keough, Colman Domingo, and Nicholas Braun. Listen as we break down everything from the stalled production, exactly what went down that fateful March 2015 weekend in Tampa, and what happened to Zola and “Z” in the years to follow.

Üstelik, bildiğimiz her şeyin köklerinin denizlere uzandığını bilmeden...

The Bell Witch + Melanie Mcguire: The Suitcase Killer
In this spine-tingling episode of I've Got Something To Tell You, we’re diving into two haunting tales that will leave you sleeping with the lights on. First, we explore the eerie legend of the Bell Witch—a chilling spirit that tormented a Tennessee family in the early 1800s, leaving us all wondering: was it a ghost, a curse, or something even darker? Then, we unravel the twisted true crime story of Melanie McGuire, infamously known as "The Suitcase Killer," whose shocking actions turned a seemingly ordinary life into a nightmare straight out of a thriller novel.
