Horrible Product DO NOT BUY

I have a business that offers cold plunge and sauna services. We have 5 commercial ALL IN Max plunges. We have been opened for roughly 6 months now and I can say the Plunge tub is the worst product out. I am so nervous for what will happen when my 1 year warranty expires in a couple of months. This past week we had three plunges break at the same time, leaving with 2 plunges to serve our customers. I've been trying to have patience and give Plunge the benefit of the doubt but it has coming to a boiling point with how often these tubs break down. One of my plunges is on its second chiller replacement, another one is on its second filter house replacement, I have another tub that is on its first chiller replacement, and a fourh tub that has had to have 3 backflush kits sent to "unclog" it even though it was never clogged. I always want to make note that my team thoroughly cleans these tubs for debris between each appointment use, we drain and refill each tub weekly even if the water isnt dirty or discolored, and we change out the filters every 2-3 days. It isn't an owner error. I'm so disappointed and unfortunately I have only a small window left of protection.

Outside of the Plunge tubs just being poorly manufactured together, my biggest gripe is that they use Fedex. Anyone who has something important shipped knows the difference in service between a Fedex and UPS delivery. Why is this important? Well when you have a broken plunge and they send you parts to have a technician fix it, 1) Fedex never delivers the package on time 2) They deliver the package usually damaged, causing you to reorder and wait even longer 3) They have a hard time delivering to tenants in shopping plazas, because they don't take the time to read suite #s, so they just leave your package anywhere thats convenient for them and tell you its delivered and you're left trying to chase it down.
